I think the Manufacturing Villages Project came into my conscious somewhere over 10 years ago. And, although, some areas I've only had a couple of years to review.
Many things I recently noticed have no solutions, only interesting situations like waste, water, electricity, and all the small businesses servicing roof repair, trash haulers, car dealerships, and many more things involving regular living.
If you think I am wrong, please think again, I have yet to see my theories being wrong over many years.
I also have entered into the equation modern technology, both for people and busienesses. Everything has changes since the 1950's. Believe me, I was there; I actually bougt a 78 rpm record of Hound Dog by Elvis. And I studied tubes in college. I had to listen to Giant football games as home games where not on TV.
Remember, not everyone wants to live in a giant urban area. A Manufacturing Village is a great place to raise children and retire.
The whole point is a nice place to live for people who are nice and bringing expensive overseas manufacturing to our shores.
